Around the Bay in A Day 2019

We did it! Our team of 20 completed the Around the Bay bike ride on Sunday 6 October.

The ride was tough for those who rode 200km, lots of fun for those who rode less, and well worth the effort for all of us. We raised over $9K for The Smith Family and ended up 6th on the leader board of fundraisers – thanks to all our sponsors. 

All funds raised will help The Smith Family continue their work to break the cycle of disadvantage for Australian children in need. We thought this was a great charity opportunity for Tomkinson Group, because The Smith Family operate throughout regional Victoria as well as in Melbourne, and we love the idea of supporting Australian kids’ education so they can all be engineers, surveyors or urban designers – the world needs retrofitting and we are just the folk to do it!
