Kyneton On Riverside
Since project inception in 2013 we have been working with ZFN to realise their vision for Kyneton on Riverside. The site lies along the south side of the Campaspe River, and extends into land earmarked for future residential growth.

It was important to our client to ensure that development of the zoned land was done with high sensitivy and careful design to ensure quality and cohesion between the already zoned land and Kyneton’s future urban growth area.
We worked with RobertsDay (now Hatch) on the urban design for the site, with extension consultation between stakeholder and the local community. A Development Plan, including Landscape Design by Pollen Studios, was approved by Macedon Ranges Shire Council in 2017. Since then, development stages have steadily come to market with infrastructure and open space elements completed with each stage, to ensure all new residents have the amenity they expect.
We are now up to Stage 17 design, the site specific Building Design Guidelines have resulted in establishment of a clear neighbourhood identity, and the substantial riverfront open space and parks are playgrounds throughout the site are shaping up as a superb asset for all of Kyneton.
