Torquay Golf Club, RACV Development

The RACV development at Torquay Golf Club is a $95 million development including the construction of a complex including a 95 room resort style hotel, swimming pool, tennis courts a gymnasium and a reconstruction of the existing 18 hole golf course.

Tomkinson Group provided surveying services to the principal contractor, Kane Construction and other sub-contractors in a wide range of areas including setout of the building in preparation for concrete pours and assembly of precast structures, hydraulic services (plumbing) and lighting in areas surrounding the main building.
