The RACV development at Torquay Golf Club was a $95 million development including the construction of a complex encompassing a 100 room 5-star hotel, conference facilities, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts a gymnasium and a reconstruction of the existing 18 hole golf course.

The Bendigo Airport Redevelopment Project is one of the City of Greater Bendigo’s most important current projects, with Council’s vision for a regional centre for aviation excellence and a vibrant business park at the airport site.
