Breaking Records at the Titles Office
Tomkinson Group recently broke a Titles Office record by submitting a Plan of Subdivision with the largest owner’s corporation on record – a total of 2,438 lots, covering 232 pages of Plans!
Since May 2012 our design team has been tirelessly working on the plans for Towers 1, 2, 4 & 5 of the Upper West Side residential towers development in the fashionable west-end of Melbourne’s CBD between Spencer, Lonsdale and Little Bourke Street. On the 21st of June, 2015, our team submitted the compiled plans for Stages 1 to 6 of the subdivision – a submission that took several hours to upload and nearly broke the Titles Office’s systems!
The final submission is to come, with drafting currently underway for Stage 7 of the Plan of Subdivision, which is expected to result in an even larger set of plans!
